We are pleased to announce that Treedis, a platform that transforms 3D replicas of actual spaces (digital twins) into immersive experiences, now offers direct import of Sketchfab models.
Treedis allows its users to create immersive experiences without coding knowledge. Using Matterport digital twins as their starting point, users can visit the tours as avatars, add digital assets, and easily incorporate virtual and augmented reality into their projects. Additionally, their Virtual Staging Solution supports AR/VR sets.
The new integration with Sketchfab means that users have access to over a million free and for-purchase 3D models. Where necessary, Creative Commons model attribution will be automatically added to the scene.
Treedis is mobile-friendly and works on any web browser.
How to import models into Treedis from Sketchfab
- Log in to Treedis to access the Virtual Staging Feature.
- Select the Sketchfab catalog.
- Login to your Sketchfab account.
- Search for and select the object or animation that you wish to add to your scene; drop the model into your space.
